Living More Mindfully
Explore a vast variety of mindfulness practices from diverse sources, creating a toolkit for living a more authentic life. The Circle serves as a safe place to explore methods of meditation and mindfulness,
as well as a container to share obstacles and challenges and often most importantly,
accountability for creating a practice.
BIG IDEAS
We all have them - sometimes they whisper to us in between loads of laundry, other times they scream louder in the middle of the night - and yet, often in the busyness of life, we put them aside or let them hide, dissipate, fade away. Let's bring those big ideas out into the light, nurture them in the safe container of a Circle, and stew and brew those babies into life!

ARE YOU AN IRON BUTTERFLY?
Using Iron Butterflies: Women Transforming Themselves and the World by Birute Regine as our common text, we will gather monthly (at a mutually convenient day and time to be determined) to pause, reflect and dialogue deeply about what matters most. Join us as we create a peaceful, safe space to cull the wisdom of fellow Iron Butterflies. Learn to balance all that you do with focusing on all that you are becoming! Space within and your personal investment of resources (24 hours and $400) to attend this Circle are indeed limited - and yet the possibilities are amazingly unlimited!
- Do you have a will of iron and the touch of a butterfly - are you determined and nurturing, strong yet vulnerable?
- Have you persevered through difficult times?
- Have you experienced injustice, yet refuse to be turned into a victim?
- Are you willing to transform yourself and the world?
- How does one become an Iron Butterfly? By emerging from your chrysalis, gathering with other imaginal cells, and exercising these skills, you can transform yourself...and your world!

Circles for Children
Our children get it! They are naturally drawn to the revitalizing of this ancient form of connecting: the CIRCLE. They love the ritualized gathering, intentional discussion and of course, the meditations! At this point in their life, their self esteem and confidence are flourishing! They know who they are, what they love to do and why they are doing it. And so it is the perfect time to form Circles of support to reinforce their perspective on self, brainstorm solutions to their problems with peers, and learn methods of coping, meditating and meaningful dialogue.
